My experience strarted with our Internet salesperson, Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and kind. Kevin is someone that you feel trust and that he really looking out for your needs an Not there to just make money. While Kevin was spectacular, I also found the service dept persons: Dan and Tony to be top notch, along with the finance lady. So.... you might think that this is just a well polished and trained sales technique by Subaru: I don’t think so as I returned a week later for some car accessories and was treated as if I was going to buy another car. Good experience of buying a new car. I previously had repairs and maintenance services for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX at Tucson Subaru. Initially, I was planning to by a used one, but at the shop I found a new 2018 Subaru WRX with a decent price. During the whole process, there all of the staff were very nice and helpful. Great experience at Tucson Subaru! Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when I decided to buy a new car I pretty much had my heart set on a Crosstrek. I also drove a Mercedes GLA 250, but the Subaru was a lot more fun and had more safety features so the choice was easy! My experience at the dealership was great. Very low-key professional salespeople (Jim Coyle and Trent Nichols) who were very knowledgeable without any high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Terry Iseminger) truly went above and beyond to find me exactly the car I wanted. As it turned out my car needed a small service fix after I bought it so I was also able to interact with the service department too (Dan Ford and Scott Gregg). I can say without a doubt that everyone I interacted completely exceeded expectations, were extremely professional and did their best to make my experience positive. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru! Don’t go anywhere else! More
