This is my third Subaru (although my first leasing experience), and is the second Subaru Forester where I have had the pleasure of working with sales This is my third Subaru (although my first leasing experience), and is the second Subaru Forester where I have had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Jack McVey. Jack is a totally honest and completely no-pressure sales person who can be counted on to be well-informed and professional at all times. I have also recommended Jack to many of my students and friends, and he has been very helpful to them as well. Jack is a real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I have also had excellent experiences with Dan Ford, one of the service reps at Tucson Subaru. Over the past nine years, he has consistently provided top-notch service and advice. Finally, a tip of the hat to Traci Roberts. This is the second time she has been my "closer." Traci has been very informative and helpful through the paperwork signing process. Very Expensive Radio I love my new 2016 Subaru Outback which I have only had for 3 days. I also loved my 2015 Subaru Outback except for having troubles with the radio f I love my new 2016 Subaru Outback which I have only had for 3 days. I also loved my 2015 Subaru Outback except for having troubles with the radio for the one year that I owned it. I had never had trouble with a new car before. They wiped the software off the system at least twice. The dealership finally worked out a trade for me into a new car with a different model radio. Nevertheless, it was a costly $7,000 radio exchange. Today 3/26/16 I tried to call the service department many times between 8 am and 9 am on this Saturday. The woman answering the phones even hand walked down a message to service to please call me. I need to make an appointment to have side moldings put on my new car. I was told that at 9 am more help would come in and they would get back to me by 9:15 a.m. They shouldn't be open on Saturday if they don't have the people to staff the operation. I called back at 9:30 a.m. and finally reached Marco who was very nice and scheduled an appointment that worked for me 3/29 at 8 am. BTW, Marco in service, has always been very polite and has tried to help me the last six months resolve my ongoing radio issues. I think he has been as frustrated as I have been. My temper has gotten the best of me a couple of times, but Marco has remained calm and has tried to help me. More

Painless automotive purchase. Purchased a 2016 used Forester with 5400 miles on the odometer. It was in the dealership loaner program for five months. It was the perfect vehicle. Awesome service I love this dealership. A couple weeks ago, I suspected my car needed a new battery. I called the dealership and they got me in right away. I spent le I love this dealership. A couple weeks ago, I suspected my car needed a new battery. I called the dealership and they got me in right away. I spent less than an hour enjoying coffee and healthy snacks in the waiting area while my new battery was installed. I mentioned having a doctor's appointment that morning (wondering if my car would be ready), and the guys at the desk assured me they'd give me a ride to the doctor if my car wasn't ready. Now that's service! The few times I've had a couple very small issues with the dealership, I've received genuine apologies and all issues were resolved immediately. Hats off to the wonderful staff at Tucson Subaru. More
