What a service department Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Carman Ford Lincoln and I had to take it in for some service and I must say what a delightful experience. They have a drive in service department (first one I ever seen) which caught me by surprise and was not sure what to do. But once inside the service personnel could not have been more helpful and I was immediately directed the the next available service writer who was as pleasant as they come. The service that was to performed was completed in a timely fashion and done in a very professional manner. The service technicians are among the best in the industry. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and my vehicle was returned in a clean condition. You would never know that it had been in for service.
