I bought my Tacoma at this dealership and have it serviced there as needed. This time they forgot to install the new air filter I provided and neglected to put the sticker in the window that reminds serviced there as needed. This time they forgot to install the new air filter I provided and neglected to put the sticker in the window that reminds me when to get it serviced again. This was a first as the service has always been excellent in the past. More

Came in and expected to renew my warranty for $300 and some odd dollars. It came to find out that they have dropped the upper program which covers parts for the most part. So needless to say I was very di some odd dollars. It came to find out that they have dropped the upper program which covers parts for the most part. So needless to say I was very disappointed but I did wind up getting the $260 package. But with you people changing the rules midstream like this, it doesn't give me much incentive to think about the next car being a Toyota. More
