Honestly, I don't usually enjoy going to any dealership. There is usually a great deal of pressure applied. But this was a unique experience for my wife and I. We came in to ask questions about Hybrids, sin There is usually a great deal of pressure applied. But this was a unique experience for my wife and I. We came in to ask questions about Hybrids, since we knew nothing about them. Marvin Morris was not only extremely knowledgeable but treated us like family. He took the time to show my wife how things worked and why they worked. Nice guy is not the term one usually uses for a car salesman, but Marvin truly was. There was never any pressure and we ultimately left Sierra Toyota with RAV 4 Hybrid. My compliments to KC Han and his wonderful staff for a delightful experience. More

Humberto went way beyond the expected with his concerted efforts to make sure a post-warranty repair was take care of, and did his best to try to get Toyota Inc. to underwrite costs of fixing the problem. Daniel continues to assure a quick turn-around on parts orders and phoning us as soon as the parts are unpacked. We appreciate their ever-polite and professional work in our behalf.
