Humberto went way beyond the expected with his concerted efforts to make sure a post-warranty repair was take care of, and did his best to try to get Toyota Inc. to underwrite costs of fixing the problem. Daniel continues to assure a quick turn-around on parts orders and phoning us as soon as the parts are unpacked. We appreciate their ever-polite and professional work in our behalf. Kudos to these fine examples of customer care!!! More

Parts Dept went the extra mile to find the parts I needed! Needed a new front grill and associated parts for my 2015 Tundra. Daniel in the Parts Department took extra time to show me the different options ava Needed a new front grill and associated parts for my 2015 Tundra. Daniel in the Parts Department took extra time to show me the different options available to me and then order the parts. It was a bit of a challenge to match up the parts, since my 2015 model didn't need some of the same items found on later models. Daniel ordered the exact parts I needed, saving me money in the process. Daniel is a true parts wizard! More
