Awful customer service I purchased my car in November. I had to have a part on my seatbelt fixed. When I called I was told that they were so busy, and instead if them wor I purchased my car in November. I had to have a part on my seatbelt fixed. When I called I was told that they were so busy, and instead if them working with me, they told me to take my car to another dealership. I contacted several people, no one returned my call, so I then contacted my sales person. If it wouldn't have been for him, I would still be fighting with service. So disappointed. Customer service is the worst. If I did have known, I would have thought twice before purchasing my car there. More

Purchased a new 2018 Nissan Murano It was not like the typical "buy a new car" experience. Drove the car within minutes of entering the dealership (we had an appointment).
