Fair prices, quality staff, great experience overall I have owned SUVs for the past 24 years. My next vehicle needed to retain many of those qualities, such as good ground clearance, all-wheel-drive, an I have owned SUVs for the past 24 years. My next vehicle needed to retain many of those qualities, such as good ground clearance, all-wheel-drive, and adequate cargo space. In addition, I wanted more comfort and better gas mileage in my next car. Through extensive research I determined the Subaru Outback was probably that vehicle. There is no Subaru dealer in my town, or even the part of the state where I live. I was willing to make the more than 150 mile round trip visit to Subaru of Jacksonville to check out this vehicle. It turned out to be a great decision. Juan Hernandez sat down with me to discuss my requirements for a new vehicle, as well as my overall philosophy about purchasing a vehicle and maintaining it over time. It was clear from the beginning that I would be receiving a fair price for the vehicle I wanted, so rather than haggling over prices and playing games, we were able to spend time selecting the vehicle I wanted and deciding on the options that were best for me. Equally as impressive, after I decided on the Outback, Juan spent a lot of time and attention to detail showing me all the features of the vehicle and making sure I was comfortable using them. The folks at this dealership genuinely seem to care about their customers. They even made arrangements for me to get both my new Subaru and my older SUV back home. Even more impressive since I do not live anywhere near this dealership. This was a great experience from start to finish. I have not driven the new car long enough to require service, but the Subaru of Jacksonville service department has already reached out to me to let me know they are there for me when needed. I look forward to visiting the dealership many times in the future and my only regret is that I did not find them and make this purchase sooner. I plan to have all my service on the new Subaru done at this dealership and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Only The Best I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I a I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I arrived at the appointment time I had requested. The manager emailed during this period to let me know he was aware of my interest. My sales associate was Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable about the models I was interested in. I test drove a couple and she offered more. She understood my specific needs and wants and worked with me to get the Legacy I wanted, even offering to order one. Once I made a decision (with no pressure from her), she went over all the features and showed me how to use them. A couple of weeks after the purchase, she called to make sure all was well and I was happy. The manager came over during the process, introduced himself and thanked me for considering the dealership. Before I left he thanked me for the purchase. In the first month I called twice with questions related to the paperwork. My questions were answered quickly and correctly. My only suggestion would be to shorten the time needed to complete the paperwork. It seemed to be inordinately long. All in all, a top notch experience. More

No hassle I first visited the dealership on Thursday (12/21) with intentions of checking out the Forester and Outback SUVs. John greeted me as I exited my car I first visited the dealership on Thursday (12/21) with intentions of checking out the Forester and Outback SUVs. John greeted me as I exited my car and offered his assistance. I told him I didn’t have a lot of time on this visit, and he gladly assisted me by providing a thorough run down of the three SUVs in the lineup. I returned on Friday to test drive the Crosstrek and Outback, and settled on a Limited trim package of the Crosstrek. I shared with John that d be unable to complete the purchase that day as I wanted to offer my current vehicle to my son vs. trading it in. John was quite agreeable to my pacing and provided a written quote nevertheless. Today (12/23),I was back to complete the purchase and the entire process went very smoothly. The sales manager took the time to thank me for my business, and the financing process was capably handled by AJ, with a no pressure presention of warranty and protection plans. John did a very thorough job of covering the key features of the vehicle and I was on my way in my new Subaru Crosstrek. More

2nd Purchase, Even Better Than the 1st! Three years ago, we purchased a used 2012 Outback, and the buying experience was great. When it was time to upgrade to a 2018 Outback, we went back, a Three years ago, we purchased a used 2012 Outback, and the buying experience was great. When it was time to upgrade to a 2018 Outback, we went back, and it was even better. None of the usual sales junk, just a friendly, knowledgeable salesman (Bruce), and a team of folks who helped get the financing and paperwork done. Once we were settled on which car we wanted, we were on our way in less than an hour. This is THE PLACE to buy a Subaru in NE FL!! More
