I recently purchased a ram 3500 from herlong, within a
few days of getting it home the abs light began coming on. I took it back to herlong and they worked diligently to get it fixed in my short time fram

Gabriel set me up a loaner truck so I could still get around. Alan in service explained it had to be sent to ram for the proper repair. He stayed on ram to ensure that I had my truck back within my time frame. They really went above and beyond to help get my truck right. After seeing how much Gabriel and Alan really cared about my needs an my satisfaction they have gained a customer for life. I have never had better service and care than these two provided.
