I came back twice to test drive different models and finally decided on the Outback. They did not have the exact color and options that I wanted on the lot. Chris was able to get me what I wanted quickly from another dealer. The sales process was easy and thorough. Also, an important note, there was no extended warranty pressure from the finance department. They presented options, but I never felt pressured to buy on the spot. Great experience and I love my new Outback! More
