Our sales agent, Chris Kiser, was very prepared when we arrived to begin looking at the various SUV models. We were able to very quickly eliminate those models not fitting our requirements and find the perfect model. We were never pressured during the buying process. The dealership provides a delivery specialist to go over all the electronics which can be quite complex. A 2-week follow up appointment with our specialist, Loyda Rosario, helped to clear up any questions we had about the operations of the vehicle. Everyone at this dealership is courteous and very thorough in assuring that our questions are answered. They actually cared that we were happy with our purchase! More

Fast and easy, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I went in to look at a forester and crosstrek. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by many sales associates. The place was pretty busy. He was able to let me test drive both models. He personally pulled them both up to the door and off we went. When I got back he worked up the pricing and found financing that made it affordable which made my decision easy. I decided on the forester and he then walked me over to Danielle. She did all the final paper work and went over everything. After that, Danielle walked me out and over to the service area. Then I was introduced to Loyda and Chris who went over everything in detail about the car. They showed me all the features and got my phone connected. The whole experience was unbelievable and I will be back. Because of the teamwork, I was in and out in just over an hour confident I made the right choice. Plus they love dogs More

Great Service, Great People, Great Car I was initially contacted by Sheila when I expressed interest in a 2017 BRZ. She was extremely helpful with setting up a time/date to come in to talk I was initially contacted by Sheila when I expressed interest in a 2017 BRZ. She was extremely helpful with setting up a time/date to come in to talk about buying a car. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was extremely nice and greeted me like we were old friends. I sat down with Sheila, discussed the car, and actually bought it right then and there. She was extremely accommodating and clearly spelled out the packages/services and how much they would cost. The new car took about 2 months to arrive, as they told me to expect. During this time, any questions I had were answered right away by Sheila. I went to pick up the car last weekend (Feb 18th) and was again greeted by everyone at the dealership. I sat down with Danielle who helped me sign a bunch of paperwork and explained everything very clearly. I then met with Stephen who went over the features of the car and took me out to the car to explain them in person. All three team members were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend A&T Subaru to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Excellent Experience I am on my fifth Subaru - the latest being a 2017 Forester which I leased from A&T Subaru this week. This was, by far, the easiest lease/purchase exp I am on my fifth Subaru - the latest being a 2017 Forester which I leased from A&T Subaru this week. This was, by far, the easiest lease/purchase experience I have ever had. I especially want to recognize Kevin Clouser, with whom I have worked on two cars. Kevin provided excellent customer service - was easy to set up an appointment with, provided clear and straightforward pricing and options, coordinated paperwork and insurance, all which made delivery not only easy but very efficient. Literally, on the day I picked up my vehicle, I met with Kevin, signed financing (Danielle) and went through the car's features (Loyda) and was on the road within 30 minutes.
