On my first service of new car, they put scratch on passenger side both rear and front. I’m very upset even though they done some body shop works. Very disappointed in my Warranty that I was sold. Seems to cover almost nothing when I go in for repairs. I was also promised a rental car at no charge when dropping off for service. There was a bolt missing on the Alternator that was replaced. When I took the car back in, the drive belt and tensioner had to be replaced as well, which cost another $671. Weird timing that these went bad after the Alternator was replaced. Wiring around the Alternator was funky as well. Oil pan and valve cover gaskets were repaired after leaking oil, the oil pressure still comes on in my dashboard. I feel like I have spent a lot of money and not recieved much value for it. More
