Subaru Of Jacksonville is a fantastic dealership. Today I took my car in for service. Danny Kane Junior was my service advisor. Danny is a very professional, friendly, and trustworthy advisor. He kept me advised of the progress on the service that was being done to my car. my car was ready earlier than I expected. The job was done to perfection, and I appreciate the effort of Danny and the people who service the car in the garage. Subaru Of Jacksonville is a great place to do business. It really is a family feeling business as opposed to a corporate feel. I have bought seven cars it’s Subaru Of Jacksonville and I’m sure there are more cars from Subaru in in our future . More

My 2014 had a know issue wirh the a/c compressor. I had it looked at by 2 other repair shops with contradicting reports. After my 1st appt. with you, I had the truth and the actual cost for repair. D I had it looked at by 2 other repair shops with contradicting reports. After my 1st appt. with you, I had the truth and the actual cost for repair. Daniel was our service advisor and is at rhe top of his game. And he just happens to an awesome human too. We were desperate to get the car fixed and he made it easy with an early morning appt. and even reached out to Subaru of NA for help with the repair. Thank you Daniel and Subaru of Jacksonville, we love our subie and now we have a place to take her that we believe in. More

Absolutely love Subaru of Jacksonville! The service dept took care of my car quickly and all their employees are so over the top helpful. Nothing is perfect in life but I did expect a brand new 2023 car to be - at least initially, and it wasn't. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the amount of help I did receive after I bought my new 2023 car to be - at least initially, and it wasn't. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the amount of help I did receive after I bought my new car. Kim Schneid (sales) and Danny in service, were extremely helpful after I bought a brand new 2023 Legacy that came with some issues. Kim helped in time to get me all the requests I had taken care of and she worked with Danny to check on all the things I requested. I appreciated their service and assistance. I also recommend paying close close attention when the Finance Department is running the numbers for any incentives and loan payment rates. It’s your money and any mistakes hurt only you. As long as Kim and Danny permit communications to be this open throughout the tenure of my vehicle then 5 stars is well deserved for the help. More
