You are welcomed and greeting with smiles immediately and made to feel at home. I had originally brought my TLS in for service but sadly, it was beyond repair. Michael who was extremely knowledgeable gave me some options which ultimately led me to partnering with Danny Park. Not only was Danny a pleasure to deal with but very patient, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and a straight shooter, no xx from this guy. Last but not least, everyone from the dealership gets back to you when they say they will, a true rarity these days. At the end of the day I had to leave my TLS but walked away with a TLX A-SPEC. Danny and the team at Rallye made the experience seamless. I told him and his manager that the only reason I choose to stay with Rallye Acura (I was actually in the market for a BMW X3), was because of the relationships and quality of service. Got a really good price for my MDX 2018 Hybrid with Technology package and added extra options like Roof rails LED Foglights Parking Sensors. Got a couple free stuff with it too. Reasonable prices. You get what you ask for so it definitely helps to know what you want. More
