Darla was exceptional at explaining all the technology on my new Subaru Forester. She was patient, funny, and very compassionate. Who would’ve thought that you needed to have a class to learn how to use your car. Darla did an excellent job explaining all the inns and outs of the very complicated car over a 2 1/2 hour period.
