I was in on Saturday to find a lightly owned Mercedes Benz. I was attacked at the door by Darnell, I was like okay this guy is eager, so I rolled with it. That was my first mistake. I asked about the E-class as it best fits my needs, he said we have some in he back lot, I told him I was seeking a newer Coupe, he said he wasn't sure if there was any. Okay so truth, I looked online and knew that there was a 22 coupe in Blue literally next to this guys office. I asked "What about the Blue one here" he said "Let me look". I excused myself to the restroom and escaped. I have bought a few Mercedes, and the sales person was always on point, knew the product. The guy didn't even know an E-class was in front of his office. I suggest Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis train at least this guy. Bought an M4 on Saturday, not sure it was a good idea, but they know the product very well and I was done fast. Maybe next time Mercedes Benz. Best of luck, in todays market you need it. More

I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 on Feb, 28 with and agreed, all-in price that included a discount of $504 off the list price. When I was handed off to the Larry Cash to complete the sale, the $504 discount was all-in price that included a discount of $504 off the list price. When I was handed off to the Larry Cash to complete the sale, the $504 discount was not included, I didn't notice it and I wrote a check for the incorrect amount. I noticed this the next day and contacted Larry Cash by email. he agreed that I had overpaid and he would send me a check for the difference when my check cleared. My check cleared the bank on March 2. As of April 1, I have not seen my refund check. While I am disappointed with not yet receiving my refund, I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of response from Larry Cash or the salesman. I have sent emails (March 18 and March 30) and left voicemail (March 31) with absolutely no response. This reflects badly on the dealership and the training of its employees. I wonder how long it will take someone to contact me after I post this? More

our work experience was in December 2021, we tried to remotely buy a car in this salon from New York. He refused to take a deposit for the car, forcing us to shake applications for a loan through him 2. He never answers all the questions you ask him, partially ignores them. 3. He did not give a detailed description of the defects on the car that were there and even when we saw them on arrival, he did not apologize for it 4. Unfortunately, he does not know the Mercedes brand specifically and did not even know what a folding basket for groceries in the trunk is! 5. He does not understand the documents and sends all questions to the financial manager 6. Ultimately, now 2 months have passed and the car still cannot be registered in any way because it has legal problems, for 2 months this employee has been obiying us, claiming that these are problems due to covid and we are about to learn our documents. As a result, it turned out that the car has some legal problems! This is an official representative of Mercedes, sells certified cars without making sure that all the documents are in order! And it turns out 2 months later! More
