Let me start with I am a very passive person, and almost never use things such as reviews, in this case I feel I need to be heard. My husband and myself have been toying with the idea of replacing our current car, for something brand new. As this is the first time him and I have purchased brand new we are cautious shopping. We live just outside of Annapolis and we like to keep our business with local companies. Saturday we decided to go to Mercedes in Annapolis, we were greeted by a few people, very friendly, the experience great so far. We finally got paired with Darnell, at first it was unusual but I thought it was our questions that turned this gentleman off, because we made it clear we are in the very beginning of looking, but intend to buy in the next few weeks. This seemed to trigger this gentlemen into thinking we were not worthy of his time, like he asked repeatedly “can I answer anymore questions” he continued to leave his office asking for just a moment. I even asked if we are taking time from another customer that we would be glad to ask questions to another salesperson, and he angrily said that we would only deal with him. I feel as if we were dismissed once we established we didn’t feel we were purchasing today, I truthfully wasn’t remotely feeling the moment of “wow” about anything. I can’t tell you what we even wanted at the moment. I am not sure about this dealership, others seemed great this salesperson turned me off completely. In the end we went and bought a new XC40 Volvo, it is being delivered to us in a few hours. Easy experience, quick sale, maybe this dealership should ask for training from them. Sorry Mercedes but this salesperson is why we bought a Volvo. More

I am very disappointed in Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. The salesmen Darnell day of the sales was fine, lacked any real knowledge, but what should I expect. The brakes were bad. This is supposed to be a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz. It is clearly not, it was not even inspected the manager told me “just drive it”. Dings and paint chips, which later will be major blemishes. Contacted my salesman, of course no response whatsoever, not a return call, not a return text message. This salesman has zero knowledge and zero follow up. Never again will I trust Mercedes-Benz. I feel ripped off as a consumer. I wish I can give this salesman negative stars. Horrible disappointing experience. More

I bought a certified suv . In the 18 day’s since it was bought l have had it 6. When l got it there were pain issues some of which were minor, a missing key, not no switch l in In the 18 day’s since it was bought l have had it 6.
