The employees are wonderful, what isnt wonderful is the three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken that long. I wasnt the only one who waited hours for a tire change over, sounds like that portion of the service center needs to be worked on. I really should have just gone somewhere else, I had just had surgery the day prior and waiting almost 4 hours was not great. I have been to plenty of other service shops that do not take this long. Handy Toyota has been a breath of fresh air for me. I usually deal with another Toyota dealer which is closer to where I live but the 25 minute drive to Handy Toyota isn't so bad. I'm able to catch up on music and Phone calls during the ride and the excellent reception and service I receive makes it all worth it. It was very easy to get in to get my vehicle serviced and the 90 minute service allowed me to get a little exercise as I walked to a great convenience/deli about a 15 minute walk away. I'll definitely be back again! For both a soup and sandwich and the great vehicle service! The owner/gm always seems to come and say hello when I'm there. They make me feel very welcome! Thanks Handy Toyota!! More
