My husband and I have purchased 5 cars from Handys, we have always been highly satisfied. Recently we had to have some recall work and our breaks replaced. I was called on the day of the appointment an have always been highly satisfied. Recently we had to have some recall work and our breaks replaced. I was called on the day of the appointment and told they had forgotten to order the parts. Stuff happens! I wasn’t going to have my car until the next day….I was offered a rental car at no charge, and a ride down to get it. I That’s going beyond and above. Then when I picked up my car it cost less than I had anticipated, terrific! Darren explained that we had been quoted on front and back breaks needing to be replaced, but when they checked the back brakes were still good. Thank you More
