I visited the showroom several times. I bought a 2016 Camry that was in my price range. Ann Italia was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable and very good at her job. My car had a problem with t Camry that was in my price range. Ann Italia was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable and very good at her job. My car had a problem with the ai conditioner. It was fixed at a designated appointment in a courteous manner. I would recommend Exeter Subaru highly to my friends and family. More

I am from Massachusetts and was internet shopping for a Subaru Forester or, Impreza Premium and came across Exeter Subaru. I spoke with Kaylend over the phone and she connected me with Mitch. My wife and I Subaru Forester or, Impreza Premium and came across Exeter Subaru. I spoke with Kaylend over the phone and she connected me with Mitch. My wife and I reviewed both vehicles with ease. Exeter Subaru was a great dealership to work with when buying our new 2021 Subaru Forester. Both Darren and Chris worked hard to get us a great deal and were very accommodating with getting most of the pa buying our new 2021 Subaru Forester. The car was meticul All the folks at Exeter Subaru were outstanding from Jen, our salesperson, to Darren, the owner. We bought a 2017 Subaru Forester. The car was meticulously maintained by the one precious owner, and the price was a very good deal. I wasn't sure I wanted an SUV, and we also test drove an Outback. Everyone was patient, professional, knowledgable with a no pressure approach to purchasing a vehicle. The process was time efficient and low key: no stress at all. I saw many similar Foresters on line priced 1,000 to 2,000 dollars higher. I would highly recommend Exeter Subaru. More

Sales Buyers beware called around shopping for a vehicle and told Exeter i was doing that. They were able to give me best price. I had some questions I was waiting for on their life time power train warranty. The next day after trying to reach a manager the night before I received a call saying they could not honor the price anymore. Their reason was running low on inventory and can't give me they deal. I'm not upset about any place having higher pricing what i do find wrong is changing pricing from one night to the other after pretty much me doing an online application for purchase. Since i was upset they then told me since i called the service department trying to get a hold of sales i was harassing. In my mind they don't know how to give good customer service. Just beware of any prices you get on the phone or online especially during COVID as there's a chance they won't honor it when you get there. More
