Darrin was really great to work with, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The one thing I was frustrated with was how pushy it felt to get additional add-ons that I wa recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The one thing I was frustrated with was how pushy it felt to get additional add-ons that I wasn't interested in, and the service fees felt overpriced when you factored that into the add-ons. I regretted doing the add on service I did end up settling as I was not fully informed of what was happening with it and by the time I wanted to remove it, it was too late. I felt I was given zero time to review all of the pricing details, and the finance manager seemed very annoyed that I was trying to review everything before signing - THANKFULLY I DID because we were incorrectly charged a sales tax rate that ended up saving us a lot of money!! So would I buy from them again? I would, but hard life lessons learned when it comes to all of the information/details included. I should have gotten a better deal with everything and I certainly regret that still. More

The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesm and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls. I appreciate all they did so I can enjoy this well engineered vehicle. More
