When I informed the salesman, I was told they would not do anything to fix it and that it must have happened after I took ownership. The manager, Daryll, was extremely rude on the phone and only agreed to try to buff out the scratches, saying he wouldn’t do anything more. They later sent me a blurry picture of the rear of the vehicle claiming it wasn’t damaged when sold — which doesn’t clearly show the area in question. After posting a review about my experience on their website, the salesman called me to complain that my review cost him a bonus — which I found very unprofessional. It has now been three weeks since they promised to order a part so I can bring the car back for replacement and a possible attempt to buff out the scratches. They preach about customer service, but that clearly ends once they have your money More

When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was prepared and ready to be signed. They took the check and I signed all the papers. There was no additional attempt or pressure to purchase any plans or services. The salesman took us out to the vehicle, it was prepped and ready to go. The salesman paired our phones and demonstrated how to use all the vehicles features. Following that, we were on our way. The overall experience was a positive one.
