The fact that you charge a fee to use a credit card and at the same time don't accept checks is absurd. I don't have a debit card and don't carry around much cash. I will find a different dealer. This dealership has awful customer service and makes fake promises. They wasted my time and I ended up having to cancel the purchase, after I signed the contracts and made the payment because they lied to me promises. They forgot our vehicle and we waited at the dealership just under 4 hours for simple maintenance service. Lost paperwork is what we were told.
