I really liked this dealership yers go. I’ve moved back and it is not the same. Service divisor was rude and didn’t want to answer my questions. David called to tell me about the service that I needed and gave me two options rather than immediately trying to upsell me on a more expensive service. I've worked with him several times throughout the ma and gave me two options rather than immediately trying to upsell me on a more expensive service. I've worked with him several times throughout the many vehicles I've owned and can't think of a single time that he didn't give me great communication and service. I will continue to bring my 3 Toyotas and 1 Lexus to CCT and will ask for David to take the lead. Thanks for being honest, reliable, and providing excellent service! More

My advisor was fine but The reps that make the appointments don’t know what they’re doing. When I called to make my appointment I explained in detail the issues I was having. When I arrived for my appointments don’t know what they’re doing. When I called to make my appointment I explained in detail the issues I was having. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there were no technicians available to examine my car and that I’d have to leave it all day. I wasn’t able to leave my car overnight so I left. Then I got a text from the dealer that said I was a “no show” and did I want to reschedule the appointment! Very poor service. More
