The website says hours are 7-7, however when I called they said that had changed and the new hours were until 6 (this was a week day). I left my job early and drove there for an oil change. I arrived at they said that had changed and the new hours were until 6 (this was a week day). I left my job early and drove there for an oil change. I arrived at 5:06 and was told I could not be done because they do not take anyone after 5. Maybe you should first update the website to be accurate. Second if someone calls you should probably let them know that even though the hours are until 6 no one will be taken after 5. I had to leave my job a second time to drive there for an oil change. Just super frustrating!!! Other than that I have never had any complaints about this location. Always friendly and pretty fast for the volumes of cars being done. I would recommend to a friend but would suggest that the hours be updated and it be noted that they stop taking cars an hour before they close. Thanks More

Normally great service. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. But I saw my car in the parking lot After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. But I saw my car in the parking lot so I persisted that they keep looking for my keys. Turns out it was done and had been for a while, but no one paged me nor went to the waiting area to see if I was there. Not sure why this happened except maybe because the person who checked me in was gone for the day when I checked on my car status. I'm sure that normally someone is designated to take care of the customer in that situation? Maybe there was not a good handoff upon his departure. More
