Alfred, our sales person, is full of life. He is thorough, confident and competent. He knew the vehicle very well and was able to answer all of our questions. We appreciated that he was willing to work with us to get the price down on the vehicle. We would not hesitate to do business with him again. We had a long wait to see the financial person. Mr. Ross chatted with us for a time, apologizing for the time we had to wait. David Hill helped us with the financing. We had a problem with the title and it looked like we wouldn't be able to use our car as a trade in. David went above and beyond what was required, to help us through it and we were able to do the deal the way we originally agreed upon. We were very impressed with him. Everybody we came in contact with us treated us very well. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment - from the showroom, to the offices, to the restrooms.
