Great Experience Jeff was great, he contacted me on what I was looking for and 4 days later when I went to the dealership he met and had the car I wanted with all the Jeff was great, he contacted me on what I was looking for and 4 days later when I went to the dealership he met and had the car I wanted with all the features I requested and the color I was looking for. He explained the features of the car and after I took a test drive he helped me get the financing approved. It was a great experience and Jeff is very good and knowledgeable. I have previously bought 2 other vehicles from 5star and will recommend to anybody and especially to go see Jeff Smith. I love my Focus and think it is as good or better than the 06 focus I had , which I lost due to wreck. Love it!!!! More

Sam Limo and Five Star Ford have done it again I was writing a review just like this almost 3 years ago when I bought my first ever new car (a 2015 Ford Edge). I bought that car from Sam Limo at Fi I was writing a review just like this almost 3 years ago when I bought my first ever new car (a 2015 Ford Edge). I bought that car from Sam Limo at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. Now, he was great (you can go find my review). But this is about my most recent experience (spoiler: he was still great). After my first purchase, while I loved my Edge, I had settled on a engine/color combination I didn't love. I would watch online for what I really wanted and never seemed to find it. Recently, I saw that a different Five Star Ford dealership had the exact combo I had wanted years ago. I called Sam. He was able to work with me on my trade in and get me top dollar, as well as work with me on the purchase of the new, new Edge to get it to a price that made it a little bit more reasonable for me to buy again so soon (not really justifiable, but this is about Sam being awesome, not my questionable decisions). Everything I have dealt with at Five Star Ford keeps me coming back. Financing, repair shop (had a warrantied replacement earlier this year on my last Edge), Sam of course. Everyone goes out of their way to make things painless for their customers. More

Great Experience I was referred to Rick by my neighbor. I called him and let him know what my husband and I were shopping for. Jim fairweather was the first guy to ask to help me and took great care of me and my father who was with me. We weren’t mislead one bit. Jim was honest and very informative and made me feel confident in buying the vehicle. He also had a good sense of humor which made buying my first ford fun. I don’t leave reviews honestly when I go anywhere or go to any business but it was such a great experience that it wouldn’t be justice to not share my experience buying my first ford. If you are in the DFW area and want to buy a new or used vehicle I recommend going to Sam pack ford and ask for jim, you will feel like a priority and more than just a customer. If you need to know anything about what a ford has and how it works ask for Carlos Hernandez he will gladly answer any questions about the company and the vehicles, he was also a very huge help and big part of the over all experience I had at the dealership. When it came down to the financing and payments David Hill was amazing. The moment me and my family sat in his office we felt comfortable and welcomed and he treated all of us with respect and andwered all my questions and gave me plenty of options for payments and warrentys that would fit into my price range and work best for me. Those are 3 great guys that made it a experience I’ll always rememember. Hopefully someday I to can take my son with me to buy his first ford and have the same confidence my father had that it was the right move and place To go to thanks to those 3 great guys. More
