I was greeted immediately and felt like I was very important to them from the beginning. My salesman was Chad Ritter and he was great! He understood my needs and helped make the transaction, quick and easy. When I came to pick up my new car, I got to meet Jimmie Mathews, who showed me the car from inside to out and got me set up with all the car has to offer! Customer Service was Excellent!! Best experience in car buying that I have had in years! Saw the car I wanted on the 5 Star Ford website last Thursday. Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! Kudo's to Jason Howell, my sales guy and David Hill in finance!!! More
