Since 2020, Coastal KIA has provided my family and I outstanding service, and we thank you. Although I fear leaving someone out from this last weekend's service, I'll give it a shot anyway. I called Mr. Tomlin late last week from the road, seeking any early appointment Saturday (3/8) and he gladly fit me in, stating he wouldn't be working Saturday, but I'd be in good hands none-the-less. Upon entering, Mr. Nelson & Mr. Weisman greeted me by name, although both were involved with other customers at the time (oh, and although they weren't there Saturday, both Mr. Wigger & Mr. Kirschner always makes a point to greet me). Mr. Gorkey stepped in and asked if he could be of service, and he patiently listened to my concerns, assuring me he'd take care of everything AND throw in a free car wash! Ed was the shuttle driver that day and he graciously gave me a lift home...and again back to the dealership later in the day when I called. I appreciate his kindness and help, as do I David (who has given me rides in the past). Ms. Best was the one who called me later in the day to inform me my car was ready, and upon arrival, Mr. Gorkey checked me out. The result? No charge!...AND a free car wash! I could, should say more, but alas...I've got to get back to work myself! All that to say, "Thank you!" for your professionalism, your customer service, your clean & friendly facility, and fresh coffee! You've got my business! Blessings to the Coastal KIA family in 2025. I cannot say enough good things about Bob Tomlin. He is professional, patient and courteous. In this time of expensive automobile costs and maintenance with inflation, I appreciate Bob’s honesty and knowledgeable advice. Recently, I had issues with an engine light repetitively and curiously coming on. Thanks to Bob and the service technician – whose name I don’t know – we tried a few less expensive options before barreling into expensive diagnostics, Ultimately the issue was resolved with some patience and research -probably saving me hundreds of dollars. This honesty towards the customer is simply invaluable. I always feel like he goes the extra mile. I am always greeted by everyone at the dealership pleasantly and by name , and attempts have been made by other service techs to help work me in as soon as possible when I’ve had unexpected issues. I appreciate the courtesy van and I’ve worked with David number of times. He’s always pleasant and prompt with follow up. More
