With the abundance of product and comparative analysis information on the internet, only the most ignorant buyer would walk into a dealership without first researching the vehicles of interest. Given thi information on the internet, only the most ignorant buyer would walk into a dealership without first researching the vehicles of interest. Given this, I do my homework first then look to a dealership to "fill in the blanks" where my information is lacking and to conduct the road test, negotiation and transaction in a professional and expeditious manner while respecting the efforts of the educated consumer. In this regard DCH excelled. They used my time considerately and did not attempt to oversell me. And I got a kick xxx 4Runner with the highest reliability ratings in the industry. An easy sell. More
