In my search for a new SUV, I visited several different dealers across various automakers (including another Ford dealer). Each experience seemed fine, pretty much what you'd expect from a visit to a dealership. I didn't know what I was missing until I visited Klaben Ford. Their sales team exudes excellence in every aspect of the buying process. - They arranged multiple Mach-E's side-by-side so I could quickly compare - One was warmed and awaiting my arrival to test drive - They brought one out to my house (30 minutes away!) so my wife could test drive without having to come into the dealership - Thoroughly answered every question I had about the SUV (and electric vehicles in general) - Patiently worked through various financing options, including multiple cars for comparison - When it came time to make a deal, all costs were clearly laid out and there were no surprises at the end I worked with both David Mitchell and Mike Uzl who were both fantastic and made this experience one-of-a-kind. I also had several casual conversations with other members of the sales team including David Klaben. Everyone was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. Truly masters of their profession. I cannot say enough good things about Klaben Ford, and look forward to more excellent dealings in the future. More
