I am extremely disappointed in my lack of response! We had an issue during our sales experience that we have sent 2 emails and have made 3 phone calls to the dealership with a lack of response from Dale We had an issue during our sales experience that we have sent 2 emails and have made 3 phone calls to the dealership with a lack of response from Dale the new sales manager, David Rodriguez and Mike Tenvoorde. We feel that we were promised something during our new vehicle purchase that was not delivered. My wife spoke with Dale at length one day last week, he assured her that he would follow up and he did not. A few days later my wife left a detailed message for David, he also has not returned a call or followed up. Two days ago we sent a second detailed email to Mike Tenvoorde and David, however we still have not received any follow up from anyone at Tenvoorde Ford. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of response even though the new sales manager Dale told us he would follow up. My review is not a reflection on the service group it is more on being misled by the sales team and their lack of following up with us. At this point I do not recommend this dealership. More

Worst customer service Iv ever experienced !! I bought a used ford truck from tenvoorde a while back only because it was the color and options I wanted, sales rep Dan was pushy and eager to finish I bought a used ford truck from tenvoorde a while back only because it was the color and options I wanted, sales rep Dan was pushy and eager to finish up the sale with me avoiding questions and pushing me for time, after getting home for a few days I found several issues with the truck so I called back and Dan said he would talk to his manager about the issues and get back to me acting as if it was such an inconvenience for him, a week goes by and I hear nothing so I call the sales manager Chad, he says very sorry about this we agreed that the few parts I was complaining about would be sent to me in the mail so I could replace them, again a week goes by and I get nothing so I call back to leave Chad a voice mail again to have no call returned to me about my parts, it would be one thing to say sorry were aren’t covering those broken parts but Chad very clearly stated he would get those in the mail for me right away than didn’t do it so why tell me you would send them in the first place if you weren’t planning to, I than gave one last attempt by calling store manager David and upon his non answer left yet another voicemail about my experience only to have an additional 2 weeks go by with no response. How terrible is it to be ignored by your sales rep, the sales manager and the manager of the entire dealership over what they said they would send to me in the first place, after spending 31 grand with them and not being able to get my 50-100 dollars worth of stuff from them I find it to be ridiculous, clearly they are a take your money and run kind of business who cares nothing about customer satisfaction. In fact I’m rather convinced that after buying this “certified truck” that’s supposed to be so new-like and perfect because of the inspection process that it goes through for the lifetime warranty that they don’t even do the inspection In the first place, it would seem in my case they just say it’s Inspected as good and send it over so the warranty can be validated and put it on the lot making all problems the warranty companies at that point. I will never return to tenvoorde and I would recomend no one to go there!! More
