I bought a new Subaru Impreza from Trevor Jeffrey at Sport Subaru in 2016, and only go to Sport Subaru's service department for any work on the car (it only needs oil changes, nothing else has gone wrong with the car). We just bought a used Hyundai Accent from Trevor Jeffrey for my daughter this week, and she is thrilled with it! It was a wonderful experience every step of the way. To all diabetics, bring your own food. This may sound silly, but we were there over 5 hrs. More

Both Kristina Ross and David Roman contacted me before I even arrived at the dealership offering assistance. They were helpful, asking questions to start the process to help me get into a car that worked for me. Once I arrived I was greeted by David Santiago who was already working on options for me based on information gathered by the previous employees. David Santiago was very informative and helpful, he talked me through the financing and worked diligently to find a car within my budget and that met my needs. At no point in time did I feel rushed or pressured. The team at this dealership seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. With the help of David Santiago I was able to choose a car that met all the standards I was looking for. The process was smooth, best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this dealership based on customer service alone. The staff I worked with was friendly, helpful, informative, and worked together to complete my car purchase. I only felt pressured by the finance person, who pushed several profit-making options in front of me, but in the end it's on me to say "no" if I'm not interested. We told her that we had done some internet shopping and had David Roman for a contact. She let him know we were there and he came out to greet us and turn us over to Christine. We explained our goals and she showed us all of the cars we thought we were considering. She invited us back anytime and that happened a month later. Upon arrival we told her that we were getting serious about an Impreza. She showed us one and her team showed us how we could economically take one home that day. They all worked hard and responded each and every one of our concerns. We left in a 2018 Impreza that we love! More

The finance team (Jonathan and Edwin) listened to us and worked with us and got us in a brand new vehicle while working out a great deal and putting us exactly where we requested to be in all aspects of the financing and pricing. Alex our salesman was upbeat, helpful and knew how to answer all of our questions about the different types of vehicles we looked at. When we went over our new Subaru with Alex he explained everything thoroughly and asked for help from David (one of his associates) when needed help with the signal of Sirius Radio. Alex had a great sense of humor and helped us get the right vehicle for our family. We are extremely pleased and excited about our brand new Subaru Forester! Thank you Sport Subaru Team! More
