When Paul was off there Dean stepped in and provided the same outstanding sales support. Susan was wonderful explaining and getting us comfortable with all of the features and functionality of cars! Ric provided us with goodie bags at checkout and gave us confidence that the entire BMW Store team was behind us on our purchases. Joe jumped in when we had a minor seat noise issue with one of the cars. It was quickly resolved. Eric made the finance part of the purchase transparent and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience! Great experience ... as always! This is the fifth or sixth BMW that my wife and I have either leased or purchased from The BMW Store, and we are once again very happy with the experi This is the fifth or sixth BMW that my wife and I have either leased or purchased from The BMW Store, and we are once again very happy with the experience. We were in a position around the holidays of having to get rid of our old BMW X5 (high mileage and costly repairs), and Dean and Ric worked with us on both price and getting it scheduled into their last January production slot. Plus, they secured us a loaner until our car arrived (way earlier than either of us expected, to boot). The experience was phenomenal. Then when our car arrived, Susan spent an hour walking me through every new option, safety feature, and improvement over our old X5 (and there were alot, since our old car was nearly a decade old). Thanks as well to Rodney for all of the great service as well over the years. You have been great to work with! Thanks so much to you all for such a pleasant experience! Chris & Jen More

Extraordinary BMW dealership We've just taken delivery of the fifth BMW we've purchased over the years from The BMW Store. Recommend this dealership unreservedly. The New Car Sale We've just taken delivery of the fifth BMW we've purchased over the years from The BMW Store. Recommend this dealership unreservedly. The New Car Sales and Service Departments are world class - from the general manager of New BMW Sales (Ric Koresky), our long-standing BMW Client Advisor (Dean Stathes), BMW Genius (Susan Ward) and Finance Manager (Eric Fender). They genuinely have earned our complete trust. Each is expert, responsive, and accountable. They are trustworthy "straight-shooters". As in our past transactions at The BMW Store, our just-concluded new car sales process was efficient and pleasant In addition, an important consideration for us has been the quality and professionalism of the Service Department, including our Service Advisor (Matt Carelock). Collectively, the team at The BMW Store has made buying, owning and caring for our BMWs as excellent and reassuring a process as one could hope for! They are the best! More

Another flawless delivery by Susan and The BMW Store Just took delivery of my wife's 2020 X3. The level of technology of this vehicle is really impressive. Susan made the transition from a 20 year old Lexus SUV easy for my wife. She loves her new car. We had some questions after we got home that Susan answered promptly. While I have had BMW's for the past 40 years now, she truly is a "BMW Genius". Thanks again. Dean Stathes made the sales closing an easy and painless experience, as always in the past. Handled the transfer of my wife's personalized plates to the new car, and we were on our way quickly to enjoy the new car. Thanks, Dean ! Ric.....what can I say? I have owned 20 BMW's now over a 40 year period, not all coming from The BMW Store. Since Ric's return to the "Store" in the mid 2000's, he has earned my family's business through a truly personalized sales experience for the past 8 new cars. Always gives a fair deal on price, and advice on optioning. No need to shop elsewhere anymore. Thanks for the years of great service ! More

The really sharp 2020 M7 Series I drove away with last week is the best yet. Susan Ward made using the user friendly technology package simple to understand and left the door wide open for any further help needed down the road. Sales Manager Ric Koresky leaves one with a confident assurance of impeccable quality of the product and the dealership. Eric Fender made the final step in the sale process go smooth with all of the documents ready for signature and explanation available as needed. The Service Department is outstanding. Rodney Steadman as my service is great to work with and always responds thoroughly and expediently with resolution of any issues.
