I have been a customer of Flemington BMW for over 20 years. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. Nobody comes close. The best way I can describe is a "old school" level when a business was run correctly. Each interaction has been low stress and enjoyable. The dealership itself is beautiful and very relaxing. I recently purchased a new car through Tom Terrill. This will be my 3rd BMW from the dealership. I have known Tom for almost 15 years. I cannot speak highly enough about Tom. Like the dealership, Tom does not have an equal. His knowledge and attention to detail Is second to none. My most recent car purchase took me well over a year to finally make a decision as choices between combustion, electric, etc. are overwhelming. During this time, I called time at least 2 times a month, every month requesting pricing, information on cars inbound, features, etc. In addition, Tom spent a considerable amount of time with me on test drives throughout the year. In all instances, I received every questioned answered time and time again, without any re-assurance on my end that I was going to purchase a car any time soon. To sum up, it's more than just a good sales approach or business practice, it is completely genuine with Tom. It is easy to tell, he is a good person, with very high standards, and does his job very well. More

Customer Service has always been wonderful making this location my favorite. However, this dealership has a new policy for courtesy cars while vehicle is being serviced there & it’s not common practice th location my favorite. I brought my car in for a new battery and tires and alignment. When I picked my car up there were 2 alarms going, one for the front right light and one for the left. Why would they return my car like alignment. When I picked my car up there were 2 alarms going, one for the front right light and one for the left. Why would they return my car like that? I’m sure they knew about the alarms if they drove the car after doing the battery service. It also seems like the battery work triggered the alarms and no one said a word. Very disappointing and sloppy. More

I recently had an outstanding service experience at Flemington BMW. I was impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the moment I drove away. Debie Lotufo (Service Coordinato Flemington BMW. I was impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the moment I drove away. Debie Lotufo (Service Coordinator) was extremely helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond to provide a memorable customer service experience. Debbie even called back to follow up on minor inquiries I had made. By far, one of the best and most genuine customer service experience I have had. Jasmine Joseph (Service Receptionist) was welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient in getting me in and out of the dealership. Laura Varga (Service Advisor) was exceptional and quite knowledgeable. She patiently answered ALL my service-related questions in detail. I also found Laura to be honest, extremely helpful, professional and very pleasant. As others have stated, Laura makes you feel like a welcomed and valued customer. The service work was completed promptly. I received a short video of a high-level visual inspection performed by the service technician while the vehicle was on the lift, primarily detailing the condition of the tires and brake pads. Lastly, as I was walking out to pick up my car, I run into Marlon, who had just washed the vehicle and was also very pleasant to talk to. The dealership is clean and comfortable to wait in. Although I have several other BMW dealerships closer by, I much rather take the extra drive to Flemington BMW thanks to its exceptional customer care AND competitive pricing. More
