The service department spent two days assessing every option I had knowing I really wanted to keep my car. Ultimately, I decided it was time to replace my X5. I never felt pressured. I felt like they were trying to help me determine the best choice. It made a huge impact and I chose a new X5. Tom Terrill helped me chose the perfect car. I kept changing my mind and he was incredibly kind and patient. I had to order the car I wanted. Tom kept me updated on its progress. It is here now and I love it! We even ended up buying a second X5 for my husband! More
