Helpful, courteous, not pushy!!! All at Elmwood Dodge are very "customer" oriented. The never ending repair. My experience with Elmwood Dodge's service center is one I would rather forget. Today they finally were able to complete a repair on an amplifier that My experience with Elmwood Dodge's service center is one I would rather forget. Today they finally were able to complete a repair on an amplifier that was deemed broken back in June of 2015. After waiting several months for a new amp to come in I was told the amp was no longer being manufactured. This was only after I was told it would be in ten days after my initial visit. After the ten day window had past I was told it would be 14 more days, then again after the 14 days I was told it would be about a month, then after the month I was told it would be another month. This brought me into late September when finally I was told it was not ever coming in and that the only solution was to have the amp repaired (something I asked about after the first ten day wait period). After months of waiting for the new amp to come the service center was diligent about removing the amp and sending it out to be repaired. I was promised the entire process of removing, repairing and reinstalling would be no longer than ten days. After approximately 20 days and some angry phone calls the amp was finally installed. The reason the reinstall was such a long process was because service center employee Scott wanted to handle the entire situation himself so he convinced me into making an appointment on a day he was working. Initially an appointment was made for Wednesday October 21st but was cancelled the day of due to the technician going home early that day. I wanted my next appointment to be the following Saturday (10/24) but Scott wasn't working so he asked if I could wait until October 31st (a day he said he was working) which was the following Saturday. On Wednesday October 28th Scott called me minutes before the service center closed and left me a voicemail stating that he was confused as to why I had made an appointment on a day he wasn't working (I made the appointment with him over the phone). I went into Elmwood Dodge on Thursday October 29th to speak with Scott to clear up any confusion about the Saturday appointment and was promised by him personally that he would come in on Saturday the 31st just to handle my appointment. On October 31st Scott did not follow through with his promise and he passed me off to another employee who was able to charge me full price for the repair even after having to wait several months. The only thing Scott and Dede could say to me was "It's not my fault" to which I ask who's fault is it because it's certainly not mine. I will never go back or recommend anyone to Elmwood Dodge for any work ever again! More

Fabulous Experience I've purchased many vehicles over the years from Elmwood and and I've always been satisfied with the Experience. My salesman Richard Miranda has alway I've purchased many vehicles over the years from Elmwood and and I've always been satisfied with the Experience. My salesman Richard Miranda has always been top notch along with the Ben the sales manager. Vinnie in finance is very easy to work with. Obviously, any vehicle will require service and once again the service department has always been top notch. I consider myself a particular individual and the vehicle always returned to me in perfect condition after a repair. One thing I find comforting is all the people I've dealt with over the years are still working at Elmwood. From Richard and Ben in sales, Vinnie in finance, Dede in service, Ernie the shop foreman, they've all been there for decades. I recently met Chris in parts while I was ordering something form my new truck and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me make sure what I ordered was correct. I recommend Elmwood to anyone considering a vehicle purchase or service. More

Service gone wrong Brought 2008 Jeep in for 5th time to check engine light. I was told the 5th time that it was fixed but I did not even make it out of the driveway be Brought 2008 Jeep in for 5th time to check engine light. ($ 1,400 just spent - total spent approx. $3,000) I went back in the service department obviously very upset. I was told to leave it and they would check it again. You just had it for 1 week (originally in to fix back window that came off hinge). ..I had an important meeting to go to and could not deal with this . Dee Dee called the following day to say Jim wanted to speak to me. They wanted to make it right I did not want to buy a new car at this time. I just wanted my car fixed. After having the car for a few more days, I received a call to say they could not figure out what was causing the engine light to keep going on. I told them to put it back together and I would drive it until it died. They said they would not give it back to me. It was time for a new car. Richard Miranda called me the following day. The only reason I gave Elmwood another chance was because of Richard. Richard is a gentleman. I had purchased my 2008 Jeep from him a few years earlier. Nothing really to my liking and in the payment range I wanted. I went to see Richard again and saw Vinny Asermely in the show room. I had not seen him in 3 years but he came right up to me and called me buy name. He had worked some numbers for a vehicle I really did not like. We spoke for a while and because Richard was busy Vinny took us outside to look around. I liked the Cherokee Limited and knew it was out of my payment range We worked with Vinny and he got us the best possible payment. It was still over my budget by $ 70.00 and over my current payment by $ 153.00 I did not have a choice I had to buy a new car because service would not fix or return my car. It is because of Richard Miranda and Vinny Asermely that I purchased another car from Elmwood. They made us feel comfortable (especially my wife who was nervous about buying another car) More
