We connected with Denis Shadrin and he worked with us and we decided on a three-year lease. Lexus of Miami has made the car buying process easy and friendly for the customer. We were then directed to the Finance section to see Todd Tarczynski. We were in and out of his office rather quickly and then were directed to the auto insurance representative Juan Hernandez. His friendly demeanor and his speed in finding us a better insurance deal was outstanding. Finally, after a remarkably fast time of only a few hours, we had a new car on the delivery platform.
