I purchased a vehicle from you guys and I have had nothing but issues with it in just the few months I have had it. A front strut needed replaced, dealership only covered have the deductible when that nothing but issues with it in just the few months I have had it. A front strut needed replaced, dealership only covered have the deductible when that issue was found 2 weeks after purchase date. Then started over heated and thermostat and gasket needed replaced so had to pay deductible again. Then brought it in for oil change and apparently now I have oil leakā¦ More

Took my suv in for service not running. They were able to find problem and fixed it but broke my shifter in the process. Talked to management and no sooner did i get done with what i was saying did she come find problem and fixed it but broke my shifter in the process. Only one on there game was the parts department. More

i called when i had 35,835 miles on my car when i made a service call for the oil change and tire rotation. the right windshield nozzel was not putting out enough liquid. i told Denice the milage i have bu service call for the oil change and tire rotation. the right windshield nozzel was not putting out enough liquid. i told Denice the milage i have but by the time of the service call, i would be out of warranty. how is this my fault if this just happened and the appointments were booked up. i live in Copley and i drive to downtown Cleveland. this is 70 miles round trip. i was told thr charge would be $130. this car was a lemon when i bought it sland still is a lemon because Nissan is a Lemon. More
