Hello Daniela- We understand you are frustrated with the service issues you are experiencing. You purchased a 2013 vehicle that now has approximately 90,000 miles on the odometer. Your extended warranty covered the first issue, and we did split the deductible with you as a goodwill gesture. We did not diagnose or repair an overheating issue. We did note an oil leak on your recent visit that required further diagnosis. Vehicles are machines and do require maintenance and repair, especially as they age and increase in mileage. This is why we always advise that extended warranties are purchased. We believe that we have worked with you as best as possible to address these, and find solutions for you that reduced financial impact. Thank you for your comments.

Very funny! When i picked up my vehicle there was noone there to talk to. i pick up at 5pm. So i came first thing to talk to someone. No service rider or service manager. The guy who gave me the keys told me to come back first thing. Which i did. If i bought a brand new tranny dont ya think id spend the extra little bit of money to buy a new shifter? I mean come on how far are yall gonna lie.
