Sales is a shark tank and not focused on anything but the almighty dollar. I have completed two prior purchases this dealership and they were ok but this last one made me realize that there is nothing more important to them than squeezing every dollar from every sale. I recognize that these businesses are in to make money but there should be some level of balance between loyal customers and offering some level of negotiated price with recognition of past sales. I recently sold a used car to them for 36,500 knowing full well the retail price was at least 48000. AutoNation offered me the same price but thought I would offer this dealership first opportunity because I do place loyalty as an important character. 4 days after, this dealership had this car in their inventory for 54,995 and even if you take 1000 for prep (The car was in MINT condition) and they lower the price by a few thousand to sell it, they will walk away with at least 15000 in profit and good for them. But when I inquired to possibly buy one of their used SUVs and made a reasonable offer for it, there was no desire meet my price (Which was a fair price offer from KBB). Never will I make a vehicle purchase from this dealership again. More
