I had the most horrible and unprofessional experience at Jaguar of Fort Myers! I took my 2024 F-Type for its first service and interior seal repair. After 5 days, I was told I could pick up my car. I d Jaguar of Fort Myers! I took my 2024 F-Type for its first service and interior seal repair. After 5 days, I was told I could pick up my car. I did not notice at first but when I brought my car home it was worse than it was when it went in. The interior seal that was supposed to be fixed was falling out of my headliner and wasn't attached to the vehicle when I opened the passenger door. Also the exterior window seal was falling out of my quarter panel window and the window frame itself was coming apart from the window. I emailed the service tech and he asked me to bring the car back in. When I arrived I was clearly upset, I showed the tech everything that was wrong with my vehicle, after they stated it was fixed. I told the tech "this is brand new vehicle and how unacceptable it was to have my car returned to me in this condition". Since I was upset, the tech had the general manager (Brian Del Negro) meet with me. He was not pleasant from the start. He walked me out to my car and acted like this wasn't an issue. To sum our conversation up, he asked if I purchased my car from his dealership - I said "No, what does that matter?" He said "It mattered" and told me to take my car to get fixed somewhere else. (Jaguar warranty covers your car at all Jaguar dealerships). Mind you -when I was in the market to purchase a new F-Type, a friend of mine, (Matt) a long time client of Jaguar Fort Myers, was kind enough to refer me to his salesman (Derek). I met with (Derek) and told him that I was interested in a new F-Type. I later emailed (Derek) and was ghosted, via email and text. (see photo below) I later contacted the general manager (Brian) who also never contacted me back. After that, I decided to go to Jaguar of Saint Pete, a far more superior dealership in every way! Come to find out that the salesman (Derek) read one of my reviews on other platforms and called my friend (Matt) to apologize to him for not helping me. I have yet to receive a direct apology from how I was treated when I wanted to purchase a new car and how I was treated trying to get my car fixed. More

Justin demonstrated all of these traits, plus was very knowledgeable with the right amount of follow-up. He was also great to my 16y.o son who joined me, and even helped me with some questions about a car from another dealership. The team here is doing it right. I highly recommend, which I don't often do! More

Every team member was engaging, personable, customer focused and so not high pressure! I will be a lifetime loyal customer! But the very best experience was with Samantha Terepka! I was in the market for a new luxury SUV for several months and decided to take at a look at the range rovers. Samantha greeted me and within a few minutes of me explaining what I wanted in a vehicle, she suggested the Velar and she was spot on! But it really was her warm and personable approach, her tenacity and commitment to finding the perfect vehicle for me, ( which took a lot of work and texting back and forth) that gave me the confidence and excitement to purchase with JLR of Fort Myers. Samantha truly cares about her clients, she was attentive, so easy to work with, unpretentious and genuine. I love the little “ surprises” she had for me and how easy it was to communicate with her. She was truly the best sales team member I have ever purchased a vehicle with.
