Alex, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and feel that we have not been responsive since your purchase. I have gotten together with my entire team to try and address what happened here and, in speaking with them, we are unable to narrow down exactly what happened. Both myself and Josh are unable to locate the name Tribeca in our customer resource management tool or our emails and neither of us can remember receiving an email that has gone unanswered from anyone with an issue recently. It is our goal to provide every one of our customers with a great experience and we never want anyone who comes to our store to feel ignored regardless of whether the purchase a car or just come in to get some information on a vehicle. We understand that the vehicle may have been leased in a different name than what you used as your Dealer Rater username so if you could provide me with the name associated with your purchase I would like to try and connect the dots here and figure out what went wrong.
