BMW told me that the rain sensor was installed incorrectly by Safelite. Charged me to reinstall in. BMW then told me the rain sensor was broken and had to be replaced for another $750. This is incorrectly by Safelite. Charged me to reinstall in. BMW then told me the rain sensor was broken and had to be replaced for another $750. This is my husband’s car that I rarely drive. Turns out when I got home and talked to my husband that there was nothing wrong with the rain sensor and that BMW must have broken it. I felt hostage until I paid the entire bill and would not be given the car keys back unless I signed and paid everything even though I did not agree with the charges. There are many more items that were horrible customer service on Thursday, but the above was the worst of many. More
