My husband was in need of a new vehicle relatively quckly so called John and let him know that there would be a trade in involved, the type and size of vehicle he was interested in as well as preferred price so called John and let him know that there would be a trade in involved, the type and size of vehicle he was interested in as well as preferred price point. John responded promptly and set up an appointment at the dealership. During that appointment my husband test drove 2 vehicles. John and the finance staff negotiated a great trade in price and finance option for the new vehicle and he drove it home that afternoon. This is the second vehicle we have purchase with John and our experience is always great. More
