My wife and I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River to buy me a new car. We got an awesome truck!! I got a Dodge Ram!! Thank you to Matt and Mike the managers, who gave us great advice on the cars we were looking at. They were so helpful and kind. Kenneth, our salesman was great. He showed us all the cars we asked for and he made sure we were super happy with the car we picked. We got to drive the car and check it out entirely and we knew it was the one!! I can’t forget about Luis!! . He’s the man with the paperwork he made it smooth and easy. Ana was the sweetest! She called me after I told her I hit a deer, to check up on me and see how I was! She marked cars that I liked for me so when we got there, they were ready! My wife and i were very happy with our first experience dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franch dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franchise when we decided on the Colorado, was quickly put to rest when we met TJ and Nick and the Manager who helped us with the finance and paperwork. The process was fast and easy. They did everything they said they would do and satisfied our every question or concern. They facilitated my Bronco trade in making it easier for us take delivery of our new Colorado. It was top to bottom a great experience. Other notable mentions include the young lady at the reception desk who was among the most pleasant people we had interaction with. Though we don't remember her name we did speak to Nick about how much we noticed her positive attitude towards us. Also, i believe Heather who i spoke with on many occasions in the phone calls needed for TJ and I to put this deal together. She was wonderful as well. The dealership was clean, bright and felt warm. We are very happy with the way Nick went over and above the delivery of the vehicle and the command he had for the technical elements in the vehicle. He was very helpful in syncing our phones and setting up the screens and systems to our preferences. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our first dealings with Lester Glenn and you team of professionals. The people you hire can make or break an organization and it appears that Lester Glenn Chevrolet has figured that part out. From my initial call to check on the availability of a car to the sales and financing of purchasing the vehicle it was evident their central focus was customer service and communication, things that are l car to the sales and financing of purchasing the vehicle it was evident their central focus was customer service and communication, things that are lost at most dealers today. Heather in reception, Drew my sales guy, Devin in finance and Matt the sales manager were awesome. Upon calling, Heather set up an appointment, let me know what to expect when I arrived, and followed up with names and contacts should I have any questions. When I arrived, truck was out front and ready to look at with my name on it. Drew my sales guy was awesome, he loves what he does, is honest, KNOWLEDGEABLE, transparent and respectful of the significance of the purchase I was considering. No pressure. The experience didn’t change when I sat with Devin in finance, it was clear Drew communicated with him prior to me entering so I didn’t feel as if I was just pushed to another stranger in the process. He was informative, focused on the services that might fit my particular needs the most, and easy to work with. Upon completing the purchase Matt the sales manager came out just to say thank you. It was an overall experience that is elusive at most dealers today. And even though the truck was clean, they put it through detailing again while I did the paper work, it was a professional level detail and not just a quick wipe down. Honestly after previous dealership experiences I almost wanted to buy the truck based on my initial interaction with Heather alone. Even though my drive is over an hour there I would definitely return for future purchases or even certain maintenance work if necessary. More

Leo and his team (Matt, Mike, Heather) really helped me with my new purchase. They knew I was coming from over a 2hr drive to look at the vehicle and we're very responsive to my question.
