When i first saw the car i purchased. It had just been brought in so it was dirty. Salesman said not to worry. It looked like it was only washed in the outside and the inside was almost left untouched the gas compartment was super dirty the window trim and the dash was also dirty. When i mentioned it to the salesmen. His reply was ill mention it in the next meeting and left it at that. So to my expectation from a dealer like lithia i was disappointed hense the i wouldn't recommend Lithia Hundai to any one . More

Still took multiple iterative offers on each side to get to our final price. Then after the sale, communication was disappointing and frustrating in scheduling a return visit for promised detailing and additional features installation.
