My family and friends been buying cars from here. They are very helpful. Unfortunately, i had a bad experience. I bought a car late in the day, so they were not able to clean it up and detail it not till are very helpful. Unfortunately, i had a bad experience. I bought a car late in the day, so they were not able to clean it up and detail it not till the next day per the sales associate. I went the next day early to do the detailing. They were nice but it took a while for them to take my car because they said i have to wait for the sale associate who helped me. After waiting for a while they finally took the car and the sale associate was not there still. Somebody else helped me so I explained whats going on and also mentioned the broken key fob (not programmmed) I called back after couple hours hows the car doing and they said its ready to pick up. Got there and the only thing it was touched was the tires, not even the rims, and also the plastic cover on the floor. Nothing was done and the key fob was not fixed. I noticed it right a way as soon as i saw the car, i just didnt say anything cause i was very upset. Went back the next morning to get the key fob fixed but they were not able to fix it. Not until the next day. It was just a bad experience because i was running back and forth at the dealership but ended up not getting done. I feel like i was wasting gas Also, the sale associate didnt go over the car with me at all and did not explain anything at all. The Sale Associate was Holly More

About a year and a 1/2 ago I was new to Reno and starting all over again with no credit and the great sales people at Lithia Hyundai Reno got me into a very decent 2013 Elantra That I sense had a front end all over again with no credit and the great sales people at Lithia Hyundai Reno got me into a very decent 2013 Elantra That I sense had a front end collision.
