I had a terrible experience with Bannister Ford in Suitland MD. I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick hybrid in November of 2021 and was repeatedly delayed in getting my car. Despite multiple emails promisin Suitland MD. I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick hybrid in November of 2021 and was repeatedly delayed in getting my car. Despite multiple emails promising a build date and assurances from the dealership that they were doing everything they could to help, I was left waiting for months for my vehicle to arrive. To make matters worse, when my car was finally built and ready for pickup, Bannister Ford sold it to someone else even though I had confirmed that I wanted the vehicle and had put down a deposit. The general manager, Devron Stevenson, and the staff at the dealership refused to acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility for the situation. I have yet to see my deposit and were completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Bannister Ford in Suitland MD. They were disorganized, unhelpful, and completely failed to deliver the car that I had ordered. The fact that they sold my car to someone else after I had confirmed my purchase was unacceptable, and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake was extremely disappointing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs. More

Brought my 2018 Shelby Mustang for AC humming noise. Excellent and efficient service. Service advisor (Carlos) informed me that the AC compressor was covered under my ESP (yay!). He made a prompt appointment for a test drive and put me in the caring and competent hands of Evelyn Betancourt. This was my second test drive, and Banister worked with me far more comfortably and personally than the first dealership (also in the Washington DC area). The ordering process was unique (and new to me, not having bought a new car in over 20 years) but that was easy compared to the months of waiting and delays that followed in this challenging year of EV production. Evelyn was a comfort throughout the process. When the car finally arrived (after nearly 10 months) she went above and beyond to get me in it quickly. I look forward to many years of working with Banister and highly recommend them to everyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
