Working with Mikel was a very pleasant experience. Finding a 2013 Avalon for my daughter was not an easy task. I was recently in the market for a new(used) vehicle after accepting a job that required a long commute. I described the vehicle I was looking for and the price. Out of the huge selection on the lot, John showed me the vehicles that best fit my use case, all the while being extremely knowledgeable and patient.
