Pleasant people. However, I did not like the $2000. Dealer markup above msrp. Also, their price quote to install a trailer hitch was triple the normal cost. Had to go elsewhere for that. Working with Chandler at Herb Chambers was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating! I was dreading car shopping because wasn’t looking forward to spending an entire day at a deal was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating! I was dreading car shopping because wasn’t looking forward to spending an entire day at a dealership. But Chandler kept everything moving along smoothly, and I had my car in no time! All sale reps, managers, and finicial personnel were helpfull and friendly. Sales person Cole helped find exactly what I wanted. Family has bought multiple cars from this dealership.
