Karie Smith not only called us back but she also took our word and got us approved with out being there in person. Then it took longer to get to the Dealership than expected. We got there 30 minutes before they closed and they still gave us time to shop, we bought a different vehicle than the one we came for ( good job Karie ) they completed the paperwork we signed and drove away. We are extremely happy with our new Explorer and Phil Long Ford. More

They were not very pushy and understood the situation that my wife and I were in with our old vehicle. Above and Beyond I've been buying from dealerships since 1991. I've never had an experience as favorable as this one, and I've had some good ones. Chai was nothing less than amazing, and went way above and beyond the call to help me. I left my old veh. over night to drive the new one home. When I went back to get it (after a 2 hr. bus ride) I realized I had the wrong set of keys. Chai saw to it I had a loaner to drive back so I didn't have to take a bus again. I didn't ask. He offered on his own. Now THAT is customer service! More
