The sales staff knew what they were doing and were able to get us a certified pre-owned vehicle in our price range that fit our needs. They were not very pushy and understood the situation that my wife and I were in with our old vehicle. I want to especially say thank you to Jennifer Spiegle for answering all the questions that come with purchasing your first vehicle and Diana Winston for doing what seemed impossible. They are both an asset and integral part of the team at Phil Long. I also want to say a most gracious thank you to all of the other staff that assisted in our car buying experience. More

Above and Beyond I've been buying from dealerships since 1991. I've never had an experience as favorable as this one, and I've had some good ones. Chai was nothing less than amazing, and went way above and beyond the call to help me. I left my old veh. over night to drive the new one home. When I went back to get it (after a 2 hr. bus ride) I realized I had the wrong set of keys. Chai saw to it I had a loaner to drive back so I didn't have to take a bus again. I didn't ask. He offered on his own. Now THAT is customer service! More

Car condition Everything went great except, you did not take all the stickers off the car and the CD does not work and you could not do anything about it. I was not given anything to get a Emissions test which the dealer is suppose to pay for it. Diana was great at her job. I would recommend you to people and ask those whoI send over to make sure you do everything for them, that you did not do for me. More

I was a return customer a week ago and had a horrible experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized sincerely for all the issues that I had experienced with them. I worked with Ed and Diana originally when I purchased a couple of years ago. I will ONLY work with Ed Lussier from now on. He has been at PLF for 20 years, and he is so honest and straight forward and truly cares about his clients experience. Diana is equally direct and such a refreshing change from what you expect to find at a car dealership. Love them both! I would highly recommend Ed Lussier at Phil Long Ford. More
